Regulars Life

Connecting Apple Health

Regulars reads your heart rate and workouts from Apple Health to give you effort points. It's optional, and it's set up from inside Regulars, not from the iPhone's Settings app.

Connect it

  1. In Regulars, tap You, then the Settings gear.
  2. Tap Health data, then Connect Apple Health.
  3. Apple shows a list of what Regulars would like to read. Tap Turn On All, or turn on the ones you're happy with.
  4. Tap Allow. Nothing is saved until you do.

If you said no before

Apple only asks once, so tapping Connect again won't bring the list back. Turn it on in the iPhone's Settings instead:

  1. Open the Settings app, then Privacy & Security, then Health.
  2. Tap Regulars, and turn on what you'd like it to read.

Your health data is worked out on your phone and never sent to us. Only the effort points it adds up to are.
