Regulars Life

How Regulars pays its way

Published 14 October 2026.

Regulars is free for everyone who trains. We earn from the businesses that benefit when people keep showing up together: instructors, venues, event organisers and sponsors. Dating apps profit from keeping you single; we profit when you've got people to train with.

Nothing is charged yet. Paid tools switch on place by place, only once a place has enough regulars for them to be worth paying for.

Always free

We will never charge you to meet people or to stay safe.

Who pays, and for what

Instructors

Every instructor gets a free profile, so people who already train at the same places can find them and follow them. Instructor Pro adds posting their classes and events, telling followers and regulars nearby about a new session, and totals showing how many people come back. It's free until it's working: an instructor only pays once people have become their regulars through Regulars. Instructors on Pro are checked: their insurance and qualifications are reviewed, and the check expires and is repeated, so "verified" always means current.

Venues

Every gym, studio, club or school can claim its page, put a check-in code at the door and run challenges, free. Venue Pro is a simple monthly plan, by the size of the place, that adds welcome challenges for new members and totals showing whether members who make connections keep coming. It's never charged by how many people use it.

Event organisers

We don't sell tickets. Booking stays with the organiser, and we link to it.

Sponsors and local businesses

A business can present a challenge, an event or a place, the way a sponsor supports a race: everyone there sees the same thing. An organiser can also pay to promote an event to people at that place or doing that activity, and it's always marked "Promoted by". Sponsors and promoters only ever receive totals.
