Why it works
People rarely stop going somewhere they have friends. In a UK study of 10,000 gym members, those who had made a friend at the club were 40% less likely to cancel.

Questions
Can I see who comes?
No. You see numbers, never names, and small numbers are shown as “a few” so nobody can be picked out. It's the reason people are happy to use Regulars, and the reason they'll keep coming to you.
Do my clients or members have to download it?
No. Your page works on the web for anyone. People who use Regulars can follow you, check in with your QR code and get a nudge to come back.
What will it cost?
Proposed prices: Instructor Pro £9.99 a month or £99 a year. Paid events over 30 people from about £9, or £15 a month for a series. Venue Pro £19.99 a month, or £39.99 for places over about 300 members. Presenting a local challenge from £250 for four weeks, set by how many people use Regulars at the club or place. Every price includes any VAT. Nothing is charged during the pilot, and we'll confirm prices before anyone pays.
Can someone else post a session at my place?
Not at a venue that has claimed its page, unless you've said yes. Before you claim it, a freelancer's class only appears on your page once we've checked with you. Parks and beaches are open to everyone, and a listing never means the landowner has given permission. The full rules are published.
Why is it bought on the website, not in the app?
So the app never sells anything to the people using it. Business tools are bought here, and you can cancel in one click.
I'm employed by a gym. Can I use it?
Yes, with your gym's yes. Your gym posts your classes and names you, so you're never promoting something your employer hasn't agreed to. Staff are never asked to sell anything.
Where is Regulars now?
In its pilot in Chichester. Business accounts open first to our pilot instructor, then to instructors, organisers and venues in Chichester and along the harbour coast.
