“You need to be at the place to check in”

Check-ins only work at the place, so everyone's streaks and ladders stay fair. Your phone compares where you are with the place's area. We only ever store the place, never where you are.

"You need to be at … to check in"

Your phone says you're somewhere else. Tap Choose another place if you picked the wrong one, or Log an activity instead.

"We can't confirm you're at … yet"

The signal isn't clear enough, which happens indoors. Turn on Wi-Fi (it helps even without connecting to a network), then tap Try again.

"To check in at a place, Regulars needs to see you're there"

Location is off for Regulars. Tap Open Settings and allow location While Using the App.

"Turn on precise location to check in"

Approximate location can't tell which place you're at. In your phone's Settings, open Regulars, then Location, and turn on Precise Location.

A class code only works from 30 minutes before the class starts until 30 minutes after it ends.
