Where you can post
- Parks, beaches and the water are open to every approved instructor. The landowner's permission and your insurance are yours to sort, and a listing never means permission has been given.
- At a gym or studio, you're listed once it says yes. If it unlinks you later, you get 14 days' notice before your sessions there are cancelled.
- If someone posts at the same meeting point and time, you'll both hear before either goes live.

Questions
Do my clients have to download it?
No. Your profile and sessions work on the web for anyone. People who use Regulars can follow you, check in with your QR code and keep your sessions to hand.
What counts as “found you on Regulars”?
Someone whose first visit to one of your sessions came from following you or finding the session on Regulars. Clients you already had don't count, so you only pay once Regulars has brought you new people.
I'm employed by a gym. Can I use it?
Yes, with your gym's yes. Your gym posts your classes and names you. Instructor tools can come through its plan, if it wants them. You're never asked to sell anything.
How do you check me?
Before your profile goes live, we check you're a real instructor. For the verified badge, you upload your insurance and qualification; we check them, note when they expire, and delete the documents once we've decided.
What do you show about me?
Your name, photo, bio, where you teach and your sessions. Members see your follower count only once you have five or more.
