For instructors, clubs and places · Event organisers
Get found by people who don't follow you yet.
Bootcamps, swims, walks, yoga in the park. List them where Google can find them and in the app at the place. Booking stays with you. We never sell tickets or take a cut.
Attendance is always a number, never names. Nothing is charged during the pilot.
Your followers aren't enough.
A post on Instagram now reaches about 3 to 5% of the people who follow you. Paid event platforms keep putting their prices up.
Regulars lists your sessions for people nearby who already do your kind of thing, and helps first-timers come back.
Organic reach: Socialinsider, September 2026 (global figures).
How it works
- 1
List it, free
A page for each session or event, on the web and in the app at the place. Claim your club's listings if they're already here.
- 2
Link to your booking
Eventbrite, Spond, your own site: booking stays with you, and so does the money.
- 3
People say they're going
You see how many are going and how many turned up, as numbers. Check-in is by QR code at the session.
- 4
First-timers come back
Paid sizes add how many first-timers came back, and a note from us about your next session.
Free for most, then priced by size
Free to attend? Free at any size. Paid, and up to 30 people? Free too. Bigger paid sessions pay one price for the size you expect.
Free
£0
Every free event, and paid events up to 30 people.
- A page Google can find, and a listing in the app at the place
- Claim your club
- A “going” count, and how many turned up
- QR check-in
- A link to your own booking
Paid, over 30 people
From £9 an event, or £15 a month
31 to 100 people: £9 an event, or £15 a month for a regular series. 101 to 500: £29, or £39 a month. Bigger by arrangement.
- Everything in Free
- How many first-timers came back
- A note from us to first-timers about your next session, which they can turn off
- A featured place on the town page
- Never a charge after the event: if more come, we suggest a bigger size next time
Prices are proposed, include any VAT, and are confirmed before anyone pays. Instructors on Instructor Pro already have their regular sessions up to 100 people and two one-off events a month included.
Meeting points and safety
- You choose: a fixed public meeting point, or an approximate area. “Going” isn't a booking and we can't check who someone is, so many organisers send the exact spot with their own booking confirmation.
- Women-only sessions are open only to people who've told us they're a woman, and the listing says we can't check it. No expected size is ever shown on them.
- Attendance is always a number, never names, so keep your own register.
- If someone posts at the same meeting point and time, you'll both hear before either goes live. A listing never means the landowner has given permission.
What we'll never do
- Sell tickets or take a cut
- Show you who's going, or anyone's mode
- Let anyone message anyone: there's no chat
- Show another organiser's promotion on your listing
- Charge you after the event

Questions
Do I have to stop using WhatsApp, Spond or Eventbrite?
No. Keep them. Regulars is where new people find you; your booking and your group chat stay where they are.
We're a volunteer club. Will we ever pay?
Not for free events, at any size.
Does the size I expect show on my listing?
Only from 101 people, and never on women-only listings. It sets the price either way.
Do I need permission to run sessions in a park or on the beach?
Often, yes, from the council or landowner, and that's yours to sort along with your insurance. A listing on Regulars never means permission has been given.

We're opening organiser listings in Chichester and along the harbour coast first. Tell us what you run and where.
