Pausing suggestions, or never being suggested
Take a break
At the bottom of Connect, tap Pause suggestions, and choose for a week, for a month, or until you turn it back on. Pausing never counts as saying no to anyone, and nobody is told.
Never be suggested
In Settings, open Visibility and turn on Never suggest me. You won't be suggested to anyone.
